Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of credits and Virtual Goods made through the Leaf Host website. By making a purchase you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.

Summary: Credits and in-game items are digital goods delivered immediately, so all sales are generally final. We will, however, fix failed or undelivered purchases, and we honor refund rights required by law.

1. Digital Goods Are Final

Credits and Virtual Goods are digital products that are delivered instantly or queued for automatic in-game delivery. Because they are consumed or made available immediately, purchases are non-refundable once delivered, except as described below or as required by applicable law. Where permitted, by completing a purchase you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive any statutory "cooling-off" / withdrawal period for digital content.

2. When We Will Issue a Refund or Fix

You are entitled to a remedy (a re-delivery, credit restoration, or refund) if:

  • You were charged but your credits were not added to your account;
  • An item you purchased failed to deliver and was not automatically refunded in credits by our system;
  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate transaction);
  • A refund is required under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

Our system automatically refunds credits to your account when an in-game delivery fails. If that did not happen, contact us and we will make it right.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

  • You changed your mind after a Virtual Good was delivered;
  • You were banned or suspended for violating our Terms or server rules;
  • Your account was compromised due to a weak or shared password (enable two-factor authentication to protect your balance);
  • A world reset, feature change, or item discontinuation occurred, as permitted by our Terms;
  • The promotional/free credits granted to your account.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] or open a ticket in our Discord within 14 days of the charge. Please include:

  • Your Minecraft username;
  • The approximate date and amount of the purchase;
  • The Stripe receipt or the email used at checkout;
  • A description of the problem.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually resolve issues faster. Filing a fraudulent chargeback for goods you received may result in removal of credits and a permanent ban. We reserve the right to contest illegitimate disputes.
